Classic clean and modern lines mixed with a few fun interior twists is the name of the game over at the Chiaroscuro house. Designed by architect Marcos Samaniego, from Mas Arquitectura and located in La Coruna, Span, the house features spots of bright interior contrasted between very pure white walls, a black floor, and neutral curtains and carpentry.

Natural light creates a very welcoming oasis for guests, and with three-stories of space, there are a never ending list of options of windows and views to choose from. The dream home was constructed on a nine meter wide plot and enhances the abundance of light even further by including a vertical skylight that reaches from the ground floor living room all the way through

Inside, the sequence of open spaces avoids corridors, maximizing the flow of movement around the rooms, all built with terraces. The playfulness of color and patterns is used on highlighted walls, bedding, and storage facades. In addition, having only one flight of stairs, improves the movement between each floor.
