When applied to the design of houses, architects, there are few times that follow "unconventional" ways to satisfy the customer requirements or show to the world the other side ... of the design!In the second case is the architecture firm Mobius Architects, based in Krakow, Poland, presenting an unusual house.
The famous «The Edge House» is exactly what its name suggests (an exaggeration, I would say!): House ... on the edge of the cliff, the mountain, the hill ...
Main characteristic is the sharp slope of the roof, so much that in fact, the house seems to be completely italic! Result of some natural disaster, earthquake, plague and sinking of the world, I am not sure!
Why may be the architects tried to keep the ... architectural laws which impose that the slope of the roof should not be more than 30 degrees, but rather under listed a bit ... After all in the name of the design, everything is allowed (or almost all, at least!).
The result is very impressive and original, this house constructed on the slope of a limestone hill in Krakow offering to the owners a unique opportunity to see the world while ... italic!
